In-stock items will be shipped promptly upon receipt
of payment.

Non-stock items and backorders will be shipped
as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 2 - 6 weeks for delivery of backorders
and all special orders.

If your order cannot be shipped within 4 weeks from date of original order,
you will be notified as to anticipated ship date.

GUARANTEE

All products are guaranteed against defects in materials
and workmanship. Stock merchandise can be returned
for up to 30 days following shipment, so long as
merchandise has not been modified or damaged.
If you paint, stain, drill, install or damage -
the merchandise cannot be returned.

Custom / Special orders cannot be returned.
