By Mail - Click on ORDER FORM , print the form, complete
the form,  and include your check or money order. If you wish
to pay with MasterCard or Visa, please indicate your card type,
account number and expiration date on the order form.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Each order must be accompanied by your check, money order,
or Master Card / Visa account number with expiration date.

Returned checks are subject to a $25 insufficient funds fee.

SHIPPING -

Merchandise will normally be shipped via UPS and a
complete street address is required for all shipments,
since UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box.

Oversize or Overweight items are designated (plus freight)
and will be shipped from Columbia, SC by common carrier
(motor freight). We will advise as to freight charges at
the time of order.
